If I had not trained as an attorney, I probably would have become a full-time teacher.  As it is, I serve as an adjunct assistant professor in New York City College of Technology’s (CUNY) Law and Paralegal department.  An educated client who understands what he or she wants to accomplish and the best vehicle for getting there is my best client.  The purpose of my blog is to inform clients and members of the general public how to solve their legal problems in the areas of estate planning, administration, and litigation – as well as real estate law.  Blog discussions are based upon actual, real issues faced by some of my clients.  Some of my blog articles have been published previously in the Beacon newspaper and in the Malverne/West Hempstead Herald.  I hope that the blog presents solutions to real life problems faced by Long Island residents and also helps readers avoid complications, when possible.
