Do I really need a Will?

Writer: Zehava Schechter, EsqZehava Schechter, Esq

It is not correct to assume that a spouse will inherit all assets - or that your spouse will not have to share the inheritance with your children.

If you want your spouse to be the sole beneficiary of all of your assets, execute (sign) a Will to make sure your wishes are fulfilled.
