If I have a Health Care Proxy, isn't that enough?

It is great that you have a health care proxy in place. Your health care decisions are presumably organized. However, your financial affairs - bank and brokerage account, real property, Medicare, taxes, etc. - while you are alive require the execution of a durable Power of Attorney.
